How to Help Avoid Absenteeism at the Workplace

Absenteeism is a phenomenon that is designated collective given the number of employees who are absent, and behaviour contrary to social expectations, it expresses a moral opinion as well as a value judgment.
Absenteeism is seen as negative since it corresponds to an absence that is either unauthorised (non-compliance with contractual commitments), or an authorised absence, but which has harmful consequences for the performance of the company. This is how you have to distinguish between two situations, sick leave and training leave, the first one delays the activity, while the second is an investment to improve the company’s performance.

Employees may be absent for health issues whether physical or psychological, but when working conditions are not right, it causes significant disinterestedness.
